The National Credit Union Foundation recently released a new toolkit for credit unions titled "Credit Union Philanthropy & Foundation Toolkit." This kit is designed to assist in locating information and resources about charitable and outreach activities as well as operating or starting a foundation and many other topics in the philanthropic area. The toolkit is free of charge to the credit unions.
There are other toolkits available on topics including medical debt, non-prime auto lending and more available at ncuf.coop.
The National Credit Union Foundation is the charitable part of the U.S. credit union movement. It assists credit union members in learning about their finances and reaching their goals.
